Build your order in the configurator.
Choose your product, size, quantity, paper stock, and finish. The price updates live as you make each selection. The ship-date calculator shows you the exact delivery date based on your ZIP code. No surprises after you add to cart.
Upload your file.
Upload your print-ready file (PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPG, or PNG). You can also skip the file upload at this stage and add it later from your order page, but the production clock does not start until we have your file. If your file needs adjustment, add the $97 File Prep service and our team handles it.
Approve your proof.
Within one business day of receiving your complete file, you receive a digital proof. Review it. Confirm that the layout, colors, and content look correct. Once you approve, production begins and your order ships within 7 business days.
We run a preflight check.
Before your file goes to press, our team checks it for common issues: resolution, color mode, bleed, and trim alignment. If we catch something the automated check missed, we reach out. We would rather flag a problem before printing than after.
Your order goes to press.
Production runs on professional offset and digital presses. Your file is printed at the size, stock, and finish you selected. Color is checked against your approved proof.
Quality control and packaging.
Finished pieces are inspected for print defects, color consistency, and trim accuracy before they are packaged for shipping. If anything does not meet spec, it is reprinted before it leaves.
Your order ships.
Your order ships in 7 business days or less from proof approval. You receive a tracking number by email. Estimated delivery time depends on your location within the US. Free shipping on orders over $75. Flat $8.95 below that. Large-format freight items carry a $24.95 surcharge.
What we check before anything prints.
Every order receives a digital proof. Your job is to review the layout, confirm the content, and approve. Our job is to check the file for production issues before it goes to press.
- Resolution: Files under 300 DPI flag before printing.
- Color mode: CMYK required for accurate print color.
- Bleed: Background must extend 0.125 inch beyond the trim line to avoid white edges.
- Trim alignment: Critical content must stay within the safe zone.
If we catch an issue, we tell you before the order prints. We do not print a file we know has a problem and ask you to deal with it on the other end.
Shipped from our production facility, delivered to your door.
Orders are produced at a professional print facility and shipped directly to the address you provide at checkout. There is no LICP logo on the box. The shipping label shows the carrier and tracking number.
If you are an agency or reseller ordering print for a client, the packaging does not identify the print source. Your client receives a professional, unbranded shipment. If you need custom branded packaging or a packing slip with your company name, contact us before placing your order.
Delivery timelines vary by destination. The 7-business-day commitment covers ship date, not delivery date. Orders to New York typically arrive 1-2 business days after ship. Orders to distant addresses may take 3-5 additional business days via ground shipping.
