How does the nonprofit discount work?
Mention your 501(c)(3) status when you place your order. We verify and apply the discount before production begins. The discount applies to all standard print products, including the Nonprofit Event Pack. Contact us before placing a large or multi-item order and we can confirm the discount amount upfront.
Can we order the Nonprofit Event Pack and add design services?
Yes. The $97 File Prep service and the $197 Custom Layout service are both available as add-ons to any bundle or product order. If your organization does not have print-ready files, the $197 Custom Layout tier covers one product layout built from your logo, colors, and copy. Adds 3 business days to our standard 7-business-day base.
Does the 7-business-day or less timeline work for fundraiser events?
Yes, if you plan around it. The production clock starts when you approve your proof, not when you place the order, and orders ship within 7 business days or less of approval. Most nonprofit event coordinators order 3 weeks before the event date to account for the proof window, production, and delivery. If you need certainty on the ship date, the Delivery Date Guarantee at checkout covers that.
Can we get event tickets with sequential numbering?
Yes. Perforated event tickets are available with sequential numbering. Specify the starting number and quantity in your order notes. Numbers are printed on both the stub and the main portion so your records match at the door.
Do you offer EDDM postcards for donor acquisition campaigns?
Yes. EDDM postcards are sized and formatted for USPS Every Door Direct Mail routes. You target ZIP codes and carrier routes without a mailing list. Full color, double-sided, 14pt stock. Minimum quantities apply. See the EDDM Postcards product page for sizing and route options.
