DTF Printing
Direct-to-Film
Full-color graphics transferred to fabric using a heat press. Ideal for detailed artwork, photographs, and designs with many colors. Works on most fabric types. No minimum order required. Output looks like a high-resolution print on the shirt.
Best for:
Custom t-shirts, hoodies, team uniforms, event shirts, staff apparel with a full-color logo.
Embroidery
Stitched Logos
Logo and text stitched directly into the fabric using thread. Durable, professional, and appropriate for workwear and uniforms. Works best with simpler logos (fewer colors, clean lines). Thread count limits the detail level but the texture and finish are distinct.
Best for:
Polo shirts, work jackets, uniform hats, corporate apparel, embroidered patches.
Screen Printing
High Volume Runs
Ink pushed through a mesh screen directly onto fabric. High volume, consistent output, lower per-unit cost at large quantities. Best for simple designs (fewer ink colors). Not offered directly through our sister sites for standard runs, but contact us for custom screen print referrals.

Simple designs at large quantities (100+ pieces). Where per-unit cost is the primary consideration.
